AutoPulse provides AI powered car diagnostics, predictive maintenance tools, and garage booking services. It is intended for informational purposes only.
User Responsibilities
Provide accurate vehicle information.
Keep login credentials secure.
Use the app ethically and within the law.
Diagnostic Services
Our AI may assist with fault detection and maintenance suggestions. These are not a substitute for a certified mechanic or official inspection. Accuracy may vary based on available data.
Garage Listings
AutoPulse lists third party garages for your convenience. We do not control or guarantee their services. Any agreements made with garages are your responsibility.
Payments
Certain features may require payment in the future. Pricing and payment terms will be made clear before any transaction. Subscriptions or garage partner fees may apply.
Payments are processed and powered by Fusion Solutions.
Cancellation, Returns & Refunds
You can cancel within the first 30 days from the date of delivery. Your subscription tier is downgraded immediately when you request cancellation.
From the moment you request cancellation, you have 14 days to return the sensor to our facility. This return window starts on cancellation, even if it ends after the initial 30-day period. Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.
If the sensor is returned undamaged within that 14-day window, you will receive a full refund of the subscription fee paid.
If the sensor is not returned within that window, or is returned damaged, a fixed fee of EGP 1,250 will be deducted from the refund.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method after the sensor is received and inspected, or after the 14-day return window ends if it has not been returned.
The 30-day cancellation guarantee also applies to yearly subscriptions. Cancellations requested after the initial 30 days are not eligible for a refund under this guarantee.

AI Integration
AutoPulse uses third party AI services (such as OpenAI) to power interactions. Data exchanged during those interactions may be subject to their terms.
Intellectual Property
The app design, algorithms, and content are owned by AutoPulse. You may not copy, distribute, or reverse engineer any part of the platform without explicit permission.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate access if these terms are violated or in cases of misuse, fraud, or other harmful activity.
Updates to Terms
These terms may change. Continued use indicates acceptance of any updates. Significant changes will be communicated via email or in app notice.
