We do not sell your data. We may share data with third party AI providers to power our AI Mechanic responses. Garages may receive diagnostic summaries only with your explicit consent.

The Fleets page uses GeoJS to identify your country from your IP address and select EGP or AED. Your browser connects directly to GeoJS for this lookup; we do not request your precise location. Visitors in the UAE see AED; visitors elsewhere see EGP. The same country lookup hides Egypt-specific certification information for visitors in the UAE and Saudi Arabia. If the lookup is unavailable, the page defaults to EGP.

The fleet map loads map tiles directly from OpenStreetMap. This sends your IP address and standard browser request information to the map provider. The map displays example vehicle locations, not your location.

With your consent, our website uses the Meta Pixel to measure visits, understand app-download interest, and evaluate advertising performance. Meta may receive information such as your IP address, browser and device details, pages visited, and interactions with our website.

Meta advertising cookies remain disabled unless you accept them. You can reject them or change your choice at any time through Cookie settings in the website footer.

For cancellations requested in the first 30 days from delivery, your tier is downgraded immediately and you have 14 days from cancellation to return the sensor. An undamaged sensor returned in time qualifies for a full refund; otherwise, EGP 1,250 is deducted. See our Terms & Conditions for the complete return policy.
